 1. Chelsea 2–3 Burnley
2. Watford 3–3 Liverpool
3. Brighton 0–2 Man City

WOW… the Premier League has started again with it’s drama. Wenger is happy, Guardiola is happy, Conte is stung, Klopp is stunned. Hmmm… no one saw it coming this way. Indeed, yesterday’s game was a grand opening, today is the mix.

1. Chelsea?
We couldn’t believe it on many counts. Permit us to list ur counts and say more about Chelsea tonight. We couldn’t believe:
- Chelsea could be that rash in tackles,
- Chelsea could concede 3 and lose at Stamford Bridge,
- Chelsea could lose their opening game of the season, lose 2 matches in a row,
- Chelsea could came back to 3-2 from 3-0; still dominate possession, create a lot of chances, and still score after playing 2 men down.
- Before City game, Chelsea had the second most passes, second most pass accuracy, second most shots, great possession with 9 men.

It was a really good show, and the demon that haunts Premier League Champions is around again. The Omen started when Chelsea lost the Community Shield on Sunday, like in 2015, then Leicester last year. They’ve followed Leicester to lose their first game of the season. Now is time for Conte and his players to overcome the demon, else, they fall. The showed promise we must say. How they played and fought in the second half, like they are 11 men said a lot. Morata banged and assisted to shame critics. There’s hope, there’s promise, that’s why we listed those stats above. [Shocked still] Let’s see how it goes.

2. Liverpool?
For Liverpool, it isn’t a demon, it’s a familiar spirit [LOL]. They just care too much. Robinhood. You’ll_Never_Walk_Alone. All the same,Watford shocked us. Their response was great. Liverpool thought they’ve overcome and moved on, but Watford called, their weak caring heart responded. They just couldn’t hold it. In the dying minutes, they shared their spoil. Sad, but there’s still promise. Mane is bad, Salah is mad, Firmino is the other scorer. Come on Reds.

3. City?
Somehow we expected more. In our minds we thought, if any top team must win, they must score 3 or more goals. Arsenal scored 4 to win, Liverpool scored 3 to draw. Chelsea managed 2 and lost. We really expected more, some kind of bitter welcome for Brighton. But City spoiled our logic to win with 2 goals. Football is indeed not mathematics. It is its own fun. Credit to Aguero for the goal, and Jesus that force an own goal. Impressive!

The matches continue tomorrow and we will see all openings. We advise that United and Spurs fans don’t laugh yet, Arsenal and City can have fun, Liverpool should be indifferent. One thing is sure this season, what goes around, comes back around
